​Legal Nurse Consultant
A certified LNC, RN, BSN aids a legal team in finding missing pieces in medical chronology and uses critical judgment concerning standard of care deviations. These include medical malpractice, general liability, LTC resident rights violations, product liability, toxic tort, mass tort, healthcare risk management, life care planning, regulatory compliance, worker's comp, forensics, billing fraud, and more.
